Return Policy & Procedures

Most of products available at Razza Store are returnable. You can return products within 14 calendar days, according to the Consumer Protection Law. However, Terms and conditions apply: Products should be fully re-saleable condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. Return products should be in original, undamaged packaging.

Customer will receive the refund in full amount he paid for Except for delivery charge, if the order meets the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Customer will receive the refund within 10 calendar days once our customer service team confirms that order meet the return policy.

In the event that we supply wrong products that are not in accordance with your order, are damaged or incorrect, we will offer you an alternative product or issue a full refund to you

In the manner possible and appropriate, including the delivery fee paid as a service to the purchase process (if any), and in all cases you must return the products

faulty, damaged or incorrect item to us as soon as possible in its original form.
